  2. When you talk, talk with supporting documents like this. In the court, Jeet will be forced to vomit truth because now I understand why all people are now eyeing on Jeet. This is the way to go Tshering. If things dont go well with straight hand, bend your fingers to get the honey....this is the way to go. Publish all the documents you have and let the world see the reality.

I am just wondering how ACC missed this

  3. This letters show that FCB was already rotting from the top

  5. aw this is very scary ya. how can fcb management do such things

    ReplyDelete
  6. so there is no corruption in FCB?

  7. this is what happens when you stay in the glass house and throw stones outside. I heard that the amount of money that has been stolen by FCB CEO as salary and allowances is more than the shortage amount of Champay.

Please continue to post the documents so that such people come on the street

    3. Let's wait and watch. True colours of a highly educated, well trained executive is exposed here. The total amount stolen from illegal salary and allowances amount to some millions. Mind you, leave encashment, bonus , etc, are not included. That would be few extra lakhs.

The achievement for such highly paid CEO last year was profit which was 14 times lower than previous year and the board bought his bullshits.

  11. This is the first three paper of 317 documents which may get published here. We don't care what you think or don't think but truth will be exposed for everyone to see. Season's greetings to you.

  13. Time to prepare for long dangerous court battle now. Looking at documents posted here, things don't look good for FCB CEO.and the blog owner says this is just 3 pages from 317 documents he has. God save FCB CEO and family.

  14. Actually, this was not supposed to come out. When system is distorted, this happens. Truth comes out. Now not only IT Jeet, even Finance and FECD are coming on line here. WFP and HRAD are already on wait list for Balajee rice and mass transfer.

Welcome to the club. Thimphu Regional office will join you all for loss of fridge and Gelephu will join for Doma selling.

Appreciate the thieves club of FCB.

  15. Akai oie, I ashamed FCB ceo how taking money like this

  16. I find this letter very disturbing. Wat board of directors doing ?

    ReplyDelete
  17. If the contents of these letters are correct , then FCB system was already rotting from inside. The CEO may have taken the money but the Finance will have long wait after audit reports are out.

  18. When people get greedy, this is what happens. If not now, it was bound to happen one day or other. Feeling ashamed here. If one can manipulate salary that is within the preview of the government, one can imagine what he would have done to things that are within his power. Shame in you CEO.

  19. Every eyes are on Jit now and everyone in FCB know that champay cannot remove data from backend. This is the reason why it was taken to ACC. It turned out that ACC was incompetent to understand the difference between application and system also. So in the end, it now is going to the court. Here, the case is simple, court will order independent expert and witnesses will be called. We are all going as witnesses. So what is the point in hiding the truth if Jit has removed the data? Someone else have been talking on behalf of Jit. It's now exposed to the world that there is neither law, rules, system or ethics being followed by FCB. Tshering may be wrong at some point but he knows that when going to court, it's all law and rules, documents black and white.

Forget other things, even our service rules followed until 2013 September is not legal because it was never endorsed by labour ministry as required by labour law. Even the 2013 service rules were made to benefit ceo adjust his salary and perks. Even otherwise, the rules were applied as wished by CEO. Committees committees were formed and dissolved, Megraj was moved and removed from WFP purchases. Dinesh has been reduced to insignificant level, a guy who can't even write one correct sentence opens and awards tender. It's time to accept that the FCB was rotting inside.
What gives FCB CEO the feeling that you are right ? Tshering Dorji was right about shortage being orchestrated by FCB. IT can do anything from the backend and they have done. If the management and IT people are not guilty, they would have shown the password if the person who removed data. Surprisingly, even ACC could not find that. How did they become investigator in the first place?
This is the question of principle which everyone will ask and to know that Tshering gas 317 documents waiting to be published in this blog or somewhere else, not only is the CEO who us the face of the FCB shamed but the whole staff working for it. Amen.

  20. These letters are proof enough to show that FCB management was taking both the government and FCB board on ride.

  21. Talk with documents like this guy. Don't lie like FCB CEO. Follow rules, abide by law and do good business.

The time is up now. Game over Jit. Only choice left for u is to save yourself. When you are dragged to court, no one is going to help you. Right now, you are just buying time. Sad for you.

In the end, you will be the only one regretting.so u better sort out things before it is too late.

    ReplyDelete
  22. This is called raw deal. If things were sorted out before, maybe things would have been fine. FCB is determined to punish Champay and with Champay is going FCB management to Chamgang. From what blog owner has written, it seems it is clear that there are more such cases. This is how truth gets revealed. With ceo is going finance, this is now guaranteed.

  24. Tshering please publish all the documents so that such people will never spoil others lives like your father.please take these people to the highest level and let their family be also ashamed to be associated with them.

  25. Greedy people messed everything.

  26. These salary letters will fix some people at finance division. This is called Karma, the law of "as you sow, so shall you reap." No one is going home in good condition.

  27. I appreciated CEOs guts to take salary differences even when performance audit and ACC was happening. If he could do that at such a time, one can imagine what he would do if he had all the power.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Once the performance audit report is out, we will see the show. It will be good to see the parliament discuss FCB's issues at national level. The quality of management who botched the system, has no regard for law and the government, deserves to be shamed at national level. The salary, allowances, misuse of power and resources, all has not only weakened the system but have destroyed the morale and reputations of the company.

    ReplyDelete
  29. how do you know the issue shall be discussed at Parliament when there are not only layers of decision makers prior to such but the Parliament has more important issue to discuss than this? heheheheehe

    ReplyDelete
  30. Usually, performance audit reports, especially like FCB cases are always discussed in the parliament. The last issue discussed about performance audit in parliament was corruption in Mining industry. Corruption in FCB is no less compared to the size of profit it makes. FCB case may not be the only one. They will also discuss corruption in MHPA also lo. I guess now all the other options are getting exhausted. I guess FCB CEO is too educated and too highly trained, too high profile that he can only be handled by parliament. For FCB ceo, other authority like Boards , audits , etc, are nothing and that's how overstepped them to find himself being questioned by PAC in full glare of camera. When PAC report comes out we can only say that FCB ceo has finally met his match. Appreciate his dignity and high profile theft. Years ago,we read about ENRON scandal. I think we see such trend in Bhutan too where executives driving Land cruiser ate involved in shameless theft. Well, winter session of parliament is not far away. I could be wrong but let's watch what happens la.

  31. Thanx to Jit who removed data from the server and thank to blog owner to arrogantly stood his ground. The mess is now out and out in open. Before FCB ceo realises it, the case would be out of control. The fake certificate guy did wonderful job. This is what happens when all criminals work together. Good luck. Whether you win the case or lose the case in the court, you only have 1 year 4 months to enjoy power. I m sure there are some responsible people out there who would rescue FCB from thieves.

  32. A case of handsome thief. If you sit and talk with him, he will talk big things but the letters here show what he is. His greediness not only put him in mess but now even finance department will come undr question . This is what happens when your conscience is not clean .

  33. What lesson did we learn. Go to ACC, FCB CEOs previous boss was there. Go to PAC, his friend from Agri was there as chairman. Actually, the corruption is fueled by system because Karma Nidup knows that he has people to depend upon in such institutions.
Good lesson for blogowner. Please remember that. No one can touch him because he has people everywhwre.

  34. While reviewing past credit sales, did FCB management talk about Achalal case? If they have not talked about it, maybe they got to talk about it now.

  35. hahahehe, Achalal gone to other world hence written off by board. why to dig grave now.

    1. achalal is gone but the guy who gave bangki is still alive and stealing in fcb so catch him

    2. wow. the first thing is that the bangki was given without authority and thats why the sangay wangdi, the bulldog was asked to me penalised by ex ceo.

current ceo save his ass. great job. this is how one thief save another thief.

  36. Whoever is Jit should stay fit or pray everyday to his God to save his arse. The boss who ordered to remove data and saved you till now may not have enough power left to save you now. Please enjoy your time with your beautiful wife and lovely child. Your joke about system hack is finally coming to an end.

The experts will prove the mess you created. What a cheap way to get trapped. Big money is eaten by the bitches and their boss and you fell for bread crumbs. That powders from bread crumbs may not secure your family's future.

  37. The whole drama of shortage stealing fake sales everything directed by Sangay Wangdi cos he has fake certificate

  38. The letter above shows a company which was rotting from top.cant really believe that this guy went to RIGSS as first SELP candidate. When HM knows about it, he may think twice about future SELP. A thief getting first class leadership training.
